Returns and exchanges

1. RETURN NOTIFICATION

 

The customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after the delivery of the product(s). In the event that multiple products are purchased with a single order and delivered separately, the fourteen (14) day period starts from the date of delivery of the last product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the decision to return the product(s) must be communicated in writing (e.g. letter sent by post or email) to the following address:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to notify Franzi of your intention to return a product before the set period expires. The return is considered validly concluded only after confirmation from Franzi via email.
The right of withdrawal, as well as the possibility of returning products, do not apply to tailor-made products, products made to specific customer requests or clearly personalized products.

 


2. RETURN COSTS AND RETURN LABEL

 

Return costs are borne by Franzi. Products can be returned using Franzi's courier services and following the return procedure that will be detailed in a specific email. In case of return, please ensure that the product is carefully packaged so that it cannot be damaged during transport, using the original packaging and packing material. 3. RESPONSIBILITY AND PRODUCT CONDITION

 

Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. The user is responsible for any damage or diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to ascertain their nature and characteristics. It is necessary to ensure that the products are intact and have not been used or damaged in any way. Franzi reserves the right to refuse the return of products that are damaged, deteriorated, or in conditions that indicate use other than the checks strictly necessary to evaluate the nature and characteristics of the product.

 

 

4. REFUND FOR RETURNED PRODUCTS

 

Should the customer wish to return one or more products, Franzi undertakes to refund the payment received, with the exception of any unagreed return costs or those different from the cheapest standard delivery type we offer, without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen (14) days from the day the products are received. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed; in any case, no costs will be charged as a consequence of the refund.

 

 

5. PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

 

In case of a defect or non-conformity of the product, the customer has the right to request the repair of the defect or replacement with another defect-free product. Franzi has the right to refuse the repair or replacement requested by the customer if such remedies involve unreasonable costs. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time, the customer will have the right to terminate the sales contract, reduce the purchase price, or request compensation for damages, in accordance with applicable law.
