Orders and shipping
A. DELIVERY
Franzi undertakes to deliver each order within 7-10 business days from its confirmation.
If, for any reason, the products are not delivered within 30 days from the order confirmation email, the customer shall have the right to withdraw from the contract and be refunded any amounts paid.
Delivery times may vary depending on the type of product ordered, the delivery address, and the time of year. Delivery dates are indicative and should not be considered as strict deadlines.
B. DELIVERY COUNTRIES
Franzi undertakes to deliver products to the address indicated at the time of order. If the delivery address is outside the European Union or the European Economic Area, it is necessary to check delivery and sales prices with Franzi before proceeding with the order: info@franzi1864.com. Unless otherwise agreed, the delivery method is determined and managed by Franzi.
C. DELIVERY PROCESSES
Franzi reserves the right to make partial deliveries of products covered by the same sales contract. Any delivery costs will be borne by Franzi.
D. NOTIFICATION OF DEFECTS
It is necessary to inspect the products upon delivery and report in writing, without undue delay, any lack of conformity or defect. Such communication is considered timely if sent within five business days of delivery or, if the defect did not emerge as a result of normal inspection, within three business days of its discovery. In the absence of such notification, the products will be considered approved by the customer.
