She begins her career by collaborating with Gio Ponti and Marco Zanuso, two key figures of Italian design. In 1963, she opens her studio and embarks on an independent path filled with successes.

Boeri stands out for her innovative and functional approach, focusing on ergonomics and the fulfilment of the user needs.

Among her most iconic creations are the "Bobo" armchair (1967), the "Serpentone" sofa (1971), and the "Ghost" chair (1982).

Boeri teaches at the most prestigious international universities, including Politecnico di Milano. Her influence extends beyond design, embracing architecture, urban planning and cultural debate.

In 1967, Boeri designs for Franzi a collection of business suitcases called "ABS Partner."

With an extremely innovative approach, Boeri reverses the traditional use of materials, creating the exterior shell of the object with synthetic resin (ABS) and the interior lining with Franzi’s finest leathers.

For these products, Boeri also redesigns the Franzi logo, which is engraved on the luggage and printed on their boxes.

The "ABS Partner" briefcase is part of the permanent collections of the Triennale Museum in Milan and MoMA in New York.
