A. ORDER PROCESS

 

After choosing a product you wish to order, click the "Add to Cart" button. The selected product will be placed in your virtual cart. At any time, you can view the selected products by clicking the "Cart" button, as well as remove or add items.

Once you have completed your selection and to confirm the contents of your Cart, you must "Proceed to Checkout" and follow the instructions provided. You will be asked for your name, residential address, email address, phone number, and delivery address.

After entering and confirming this information, you will see the value of the products and any applicable charges. Please carefully check the accuracy of your order before confirming it. If the customer confirms their selection and the corresponding amount, click the "Proceed to Payment" button.
By clicking this, a binding order is placed for the products in the Cart. The order is considered successfully completed only after confirmation by Franzi via email.

 

 

B. PAYMENT PROCESS

 

Payment details will be communicated via a confirmation email. The shipping process will begin only after receipt of payment. The following payment methods are accepted: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and PayPal.
Products remain the property of Franzi until full payment of the purchase price by the customer. Regardless of the retention of title, the risk of loss and damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.

 

 

C. ORDER CONFIRMATION

 

The order is considered successfully completed only after confirmation by Franzi via email. However, this email does not yet constitute Franzi's acceptance of the order. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Franzi reserves the right not to accept an order, for example if: (i) the products are shown on the Site but are no longer available; (ii) the products shown on the Site have an obvious pricing error; (iii) payment authorization cannot be obtained; or (iv) Franzi does not currently ship to the specified delivery address. If the products cannot be supplied, notification will be given as soon as possible, and the customer will be immediately refunded for any previously paid amounts.
The purchase contract is considered concluded when Franzi confirms the shipment of the products.
