More than 150 years after the brand was founded, Franzi is launching a new style icon in the luxury leather goods universe.
Margherita is a reinterpretation of a creation from the Franzi archives.
The original bag has been partially modified to be even more feminine, more practical, more contemporary and tailored to the needs of the modern woman.
This emblematic bag is dedicated to Margherita di Savoia, the first queen of Italy, who appointed Franzi the official supplier of the House Royal.
Known not merely for her own beauty and elegance, Margaret was a queen dearly loved by the people, socially and politically engaged.
Margherita was a strong woman, with a multifaceted personality, thus perfectly embodying the spirit that guided our creation.
Margherita is an elaborate bag, the result of the work of expert hands and constructed from noble and precious materials.
The bar with the rivets, together with the toggle clasp, are recognisable and distinctive elements, inherited from the world of travel and trunks, which were Franzi's first creations.
The peculiarity of ‘Margherita’ is that of having two sides and three different openings.
a generous central compartment that opens with a zip system and a semi-flat pocket on each of the two sides.
The sides of the bag are rounded and sinuous, giving it femininity and graciousness.
The golden buckle allows the shoulder strap to be adjusted and adapt it to different needs.
Margherita is a fresh and modern, but also winks at the past with a nostalgic past with an allure that is both nostalgic and irreverent at the same time.
Every single element, from the metal accessories to the linings, was entirely produced in Italy, as well as every single step of the manufacturing process.
